App Setup Guides

First-Time App Setup (iOS & Android)

Getting started is easy:

  1. Download the app from your device’s app store
  2. Open the app and select “Enroll” or “Register”
  3. Enter your member/account information
  4. Create your username and password
  5. Set up security questions and authentication
  6. Log in and start banking!

Login & Device Troubleshooting

Trouble Logging In?

Try these quick fixes:

  • Double-check your username and password
  • Make sure Caps Lock is off
  • Reset your password using “Forgot Password”
  • Update your app to the latest version
  • Restart your device

If your account becomes locked after multiple attempts, our Member Support Team is happy to help.

Device or App Issues

If the app isn’t working as expected:

  • Ensure your device’s operating system is up to date
  • Check your internet or Wi-Fi connection
  • Close and reopen the app
  • Delete and reinstall the app (your data is safe!)
  • Confirm notifications and permissions are enabled in device settings

  • Never share your username, password, or verification codes
  • Use strong, unique passwords
  • Enable biometric login (Face ID / Fingerprint)
  • Log out when using shared devices
  • Keep your contact info up to date so we can alert you quickly

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

For added protection, you may be asked to verify your identity when:

  • Logging in from a new device
  • Sending transfers
  • Updating personal information

You’ll receive a one-time code via text, call, or secure message, just follow the prompt to continue.

  • Select Transfers
  • Choose the accounts
  • Enter the amount and date
  • Confirm with authentication
