What Is Fraud?

Fraud occurs when someone uses your personal or financial information without your permission. This can include unauthorized transactions, identity theft, or scams designed to gain access to your accounts.

What to Do Right Away

Step 1: Contact Us Immediately

Report suspicious activity as soon as possible by:

  • Calling our member support team
  • Visiting your local branch
  • Using secure online or mobile banking

The sooner we’re notified, the faster we can help protect your account.

Step 2: Review Your Accounts

Check your recent transactions and account statements for any unauthorized activity. Make note of any transactions you don’t recognize.

Step 3: Secure Your Information

We can help you:

  • Freeze or restrict affected accounts
  • Change passwords or PINs
